Where are we and how can we continue moving forward in: the regulation of evaluation and the medication financing process
The health law commission of Women in the Legal World (association of women dedicated to the legal sector whose responsibility is Pilar Jimeno, General Director of Inspection and Sanitary Order of the Community of Madrid and María Pérez, Legal Director of Genesis Care) has counted on Carla Bravo de Antuñano and the sponsorship of the specialized Fieldfisher office to organize an interesting journey with the title:
“Where we are and how we can continue to advance in: the regulation of evaluation and the medicine financing process”.
César Hernández General Director of Community Services and Pharmacy participated in it, who presented the current state of the real decrees of evaluation and price and reimbursement, as well as the Law on medicines and sanitary products.
The journey also included Lourdes Fraguas, a state lawyer who contributed her expert vision of the legal aspects that could optimize regulation, and Iria Álvarez as a representative of the industry, who celebrated the update of this regulation, and commented on aspects that are of concern both at legal and industrial levels.
